Dave lives in Greece, New York and is happily married to his wife Valerie for more than twenty-nine years. They are the proud parents of April Didlake and Dave Britton Coleman, III.
Dave is currently employed at Paychex as an IT Business Process Analyst for the Quote To Cash business transformation program.
Previously, Dave was employed at Xerox where he held various electrical and systems engineering, management, business process transformation and project management positions. In addition to his responsibilities at Xerox, Dave taught science to local grade school students as a 30-year participant in the Xerox Science Consultant Program and also served as the program manager for the Xerox Foundation Black College Liaison Program for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Dave is also an Associate Pastor at New Life Fellowship Church in Rochester, New York. In this capacity, he currently has specific ministry oversight for the New Members ministry and the Direction to Destiny, a youth mentoring program.
Dave holds a Master’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University.
